To register for the 2020 LTC Instructor Workshop, click the applicable link below. Directors/Coordinators are responsible for their own travel arrangements. If you choose to stay in the workshop hotel, you will receive the group rate, $115/night, by registering via this link.
Instructors, hotel rooms will be booked for you. Indicate on your registration form the number of nights you will be staying. Should your travel plans change, communicate the changes immediately with the event manager, Stacy Nyikos (firstname.lastname@example.org), so that she can adjust with the hotel accordingly.
Instructors are responsible for booking their flights. Please look for flight in the $300-$500 roundtrip range. Communicate travel once you have booked with Stacy Nyikos, and let her know if you have any questions.
Finally, instructors will receive $25 on each day of travel to get to and from the airport, as well as an all-day pass for the San Diego trolley system for both days of the workshop, January 8 & 9, 2020.
Breakfast is provided free of charge for workshop attendees staying at the hotel. Lunch will be provided on the workshop days at SDSU, as well as morning and afternoon refreshments. Dinner will be provided Wednesday, January 8, 2020, immediately following the afternoon breakout sessions.
