Participants must be:
- Legally allowed to work in the US
- Native speakers or have native-like proficiency in Persian
- Computer literate (facility with MS Office Word, MS Power Point, Internet, Email)
- Language teachers with 3+ years of experience
- Highly proficient in English and able to communicate in it within an academic setting
- College graduates
